About us

Boyd's Bluefin Tuna Charters is a family-run charter business with a long history of fishing, going back several generations. Born and raised on the waters off Northern Nova Scotia, Mark and Rob have been learning the techniques of Bluefin Tuna fishing since they were old enough to hold a rod.

To catch these magnificent creatures, we use a 45 Foot Northumberland Strait-style fiberglass boat with the latest electronics and fish-finding equipment, well suited for the tough conditions that you may experience during the fall of the year when battling these giants.
